The Placement Cell plays a vital role in connecting academia with industry, fostering career development and employability enhancement. Its importance cannot be overstated, as it facilitates campus recruitment, career counseling, skill development, and industry partnerships. By doing so, it enhances students’ job prospects, boosts college reputation, and contributes to national economic growth. Moreover, the Placement Cell ensures relevance of the curriculum, builds a network of successful alumni, and provides students with exposure to industry leaders.

Additionally, the Placement Cell analyzes job market trends and requirements, prepares students for interviews and group discussions, and maintains records of placement data.
