The MSME Day Celebration was organized to recognize and promote the contributions of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in local economic development. The event was jointly organized by Guruvayur Municipality and ACKHMICA College, Thozhiyur.

The programme commenced with a welcome address delivered by Sree Binnimon V. C, Industrial Development Officer, Mullassery Block. His words set the tone for the day by highlighting the importance of supporting entrepreneurship and MSMEs.

The presidential address was given by Ms. Jini P. G, who emphasized the need for educational institutions and local bodies to work hand in hand for the upliftment of small-scale industries.

The event was inaugurated by Prof. D. Jayaprasad, Principal, ACKHMICA College, Thozhiyur. In his inaugural speech, he underscored the role of innovation and skill development in entrepreneurship.

The felicitation address was delivered by Ms. Dhania U. M, ED Club Coordinator, ACKHMICA College. She appreciated the enthusiasm of young entrepreneurs and the efforts taken to promote entrepreneurship among students.

The main talks were presented by:

1. Ms. Teena Justin, a successful entrepreneur, who shared her journey, challenges, and the importance of persistence in business.

2. Mr. Sajeesh V. Balan, who elaborated on sustainable practices and new opportunities in the MSME sector.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Manoj T, Industrial Development Officer, Chavakkad Block, who expressed gratitude to all the guests, speakers, organizers, and participants for making the event a success.
