A Women Development Cell (WDC) is a dedicated unit within our college that strives to empower women students and staff. It serves as a platform to address gender-related issues and promote gender equality. The WDC organizes a variety of activities, including workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns, to sensitize the college community about gender discrimination, harassment, and violence. The WDC actively collaborates with other departments and organizations to create a comprehensive support system for women. By creating a safe and inclusive environment, the WDC empowers women to reach their full potential. It encourages them to participate in extracurricular activities, leadership roles, and academic pursuits. The WDC also plays a crucial role in advocating for women’s rights and challenging gender stereotypes.
